I live in a fun and friendly Garbett Homes community with many people my age, most of us first timers – that’s first time home buyers. I really found a great place to start building my future. The HOA or Homeowners Association is actually a great idea. All the homeowners in my community pool our resources together to keep the whole area looking good. We remember what renting was like – someone living above us, and below. Actually I remember the woman that lived right beneath us.
