MORTGAGE PAYMENT PROTECTION

The number one reason for mortgage defaults today is the loss of employment. As a qualified homeowner enrolled in our Mortgage Protection Program, you are protected against financial crisis brought on by involuntary loss of employment.

Job Loss Protection Benefits Include:

  •  One or two years of coverage available for up to $1,500 or $1,800 per month
  •  Up to 6 months of mortgage payments
  •  Easy enrollment process
  •  Program underwritten by one of the industry's top insurance companies

Eligibility Requirements:

  •  Employed full time (minimum 30 hours/week)
  •  60-day vesting period
  •  Cannot be self employed, an independent contractor, or active military
  •  Cannot own greater than 10% interest in his/her employer's business
  •  Must be between the ages of 18 and 66
